Logistics · Fleet & Shipment Operations

Stop running freight on whiteboards. Run the fleet on a connected system.

Dispatch, drivers, customers, brokers and accounting shouldn't be in 10 disconnected tools. We design a connected operations system that takes a shipment from booking to POD to settlement — with live customer visibility, automated proof and clean cost-per-mile math.

The problem

Sound familiar?

What freight, fleet and 3PL ops fight every day.

01

Dispatch lives on a whiteboard

Loads, drivers and trailers are tracked in a spreadsheet and a head. New dispatchers take months to ramp.

02

Customers call asking 'where's my freight?'

There's no live tracking link, no automated ETA, no proactive update — so the phone never stops.

03

POD chases get pushed to invoicing

Drivers forget to upload signed BOLs. Billing chases for days. DSO grows.

04

Driver pay is reconciled by email

Hours, miles, deadhead, accessorials — all reconciled manually. Drivers leave when pay is wrong twice.

05

Cost-per-mile is a quarterly mystery

Fuel, maintenance, tolls, driver pay live in different systems. You make pricing decisions on gut.

06

Broker boards and customer portals are silos

Loads come from DAT, Truckstop, customer EDI, customer portals — and your team rekeys all of it.

What you get

Built for freight & fleet

Sits on McLeod, TMW, Samsara, Motive, Trimble — connects what runs the fleet.

Dispatch

Tender → dispatch → POD flow

Loads land from EDI, brokers and customers into one board. Smart assignment matches HOS, lane, equipment and driver preference. POD capture and BOL flow into invoicing automatically.

Driver

Driver mobile + tracking

Drivers see the load, capture POD, scan BOLs and report exceptions — all from a phone app that's built around an actual cab.

Live customer portal

Customers self-serve ETAs, status, POD downloads and re-orders — your phones stop ringing for status calls.

How we build it

Adoption-first, cab-tested.

A sequenced rollout your dispatch and drivers actually adopt.

1

Ride along

We sit in dispatch, ride in a cab and walk the yard for a week to map every handoff.

2

Wire the spine

Dispatch board, driver app and invoicing wired around your TMS or as full custom build.

3

Pilot one lane

Launch with one customer or one lane. Validate ETAs, POD and settlement before scaling.

4

Roll out & train

Dispatch, drivers, billing and customers each get role-based onboarding and quick-reference docs.

Social proof

Trusted by freight teams

"We were rekeying loads from three broker boards. With GTS's EDI ingest and smart matching, dispatch capacity jumped 35% without adding dispatchers."

SR

Sam Reilly

VP Ops, Reliant Freight

"Customers called all day asking 'where's my freight?'. With the live portal WISMO calls dropped 60% and CSAT went up."

MN

Marcia Nguyen

COO, Coastline Logistics

"I never knew which lanes actually made money until we saw cost-per-mile live. We dropped 3 unprofitable lanes and added margin — first time pricing felt informed."

FAQ

Got questions?

Do you replace McLeod, TMW or Tailwind?
Usually no — we wrap them. We sit on top and integrate via API/EDI to fix the seams between dispatch, drivers, customers and finance. For smaller 3PLs we sometimes build a custom TMS.
Can you handle EDI 204, 214, 990, 210?
Yes. We support standard EDI transactions with brokers and shippers, plus custom APIs where partners offer them. EDI complexity is normalized into clean events for ops.
What about ELD / GPS integration?
We integrate with Samsara, Motive, Geotab, Verizon Connect and most major ELD/GPS providers. HOS-aware dispatch and live tracking come from real signals, not driver self-report.
How does the driver app work offline?
POD capture, BOL scans and exception reporting all work offline and sync when the driver has signal. Drivers in dead zones don't lose paperwork.
How long to go live?
Most logistics rollouts are 8–14 weeks: 2 weeks discovery, 5–10 weeks build, 2 weeks pilot. Multi-customer EDI setups skew longer.
What does it cost?
Logistics operations builds typically range $20K–$80K depending on TMS, EDI partners and fleet size. We scope after the operational assessment.
