Construction · Project Operations Systems

Stop running projects on email. Wire the company on a connected system.

Estimates live in Procore, RFIs live in email, change orders live in a binder, and finance lives in QuickBooks. We design a connected operations system that ties bid, project, field and finance together — so PMs stop chasing PDFs and leadership sees margin in real time.

The problem

Sound familiar?

What construction operators fight on every project without a connected layer.

01

RFIs and submittals stall in email

Architects, GCs and subs CC each other on threads that everyone ignores — and the schedule slips while no one is officially responsible.

02

Change orders eat margin quietly

Field changes happen, paperwork follows weeks later, and by the time you bill it, the customer disputes scope or pricing.

03

Job cost is always one month behind

Labor, materials, equipment and subs hit accounting late. PMs steer projects on stale numbers.

04

Estimating and operations are disconnected

What was bid never gets compared to what was actually built. Lessons learned die in a folder no one opens.

05

Field crews don't have today's plans

Drawing revisions, daily log requirements and safety checklists live on someone's laptop instead of every phone on site.

06

Leadership sees the truth at close-out

Owners see margin slip only when the job closes — too late to coach the PM or adjust the bid model.

What you get

Built for construction operators

Sits on top of Procore, Buildertrend, Sage, QuickBooks — connects what already runs the business.

Project

RFI, submittal & change order workflow

Email-trapped questions become tracked items with owners, due dates and impact tagged to the job. Change orders flow from field markup to signed CO automatically.

Field

Daily logs from the jobsite

Crews log hours, weather, photos, deliveries and incidents from a phone — feeding job cost and the daily report automatically.

Portfolio & margin dashboards

Owners see every active project's schedule risk, margin trend and RFI/CO load on one screen. Bid history is wired to actuals so the estimating model improves every year.

How we roll it out

Pragmatic build, real adoption.

Sequenced so field, office and finance actually use it.

1

Walk the project

We shadow estimating, a PM, a super and the controller to map every handoff and broken seam.

2

Wire the spine

RFI, change order, job cost and daily log workflows wired to your existing PM tool and accounting.

3

Pilot one job

We launch with one live project. Iron out the field workflow before scaling.

4

Roll out & train

Role-based training: estimators, PMs, supers, field crews, finance. Onsite + virtual.

Social proof

Trusted by construction teams

"Change orders used to eat margin we never recovered. With GTS's CO workflow, we recovered 18% of margin we used to lose to scope creep — on the first three jobs alone."

RM

Rick Martinez

Owner, Cornerstone GC

"RFI turnaround used to be 9 days. We weren't sure where they got stuck. Now average RFI cycle is under 3 days and we can see exactly who's holding things up."

PD

Priya Desai

PM, Vertex Builders

"I used to see job margin a month after close-out. Now every PM sees their margin live — and we caught two overruns this quarter before they got bad."

FAQ

Got questions?

Do you replace Procore or Buildertrend?
Usually no — we wrap them. We integrate via API and webhooks to centralize the workflows that span tools (RFIs, COs, job cost). Replacing the PM platform is an option for smaller GCs who want a fully custom build.
Can it sync to QuickBooks or Sage 300 CRE?
Yes. We sync PO, invoice, time and job cost data with QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Sage Intacct or Sage 300 CRE. Bookkeepers keep their flow; PMs get live numbers.
Will field crews actually use it?
Yes — we design the field UX to be 3 taps from photo to log. Crews on big jobs already use a phone for plans; we make the daily log capture part of that flow.
What about owner / architect / subcontractor access?
Each role gets a scoped portal. Architects answer RFIs in a clean UI without learning Procore. Subs upload daily progress without seeing your margin.
How long until we go live?
Most construction rollouts are 6–12 weeks: 2 weeks discovery, 4–8 weeks build, 2 weeks pilot. Larger GCs with multiple PM tools skew longer.
What does it cost?
Construction operations builds typically range $15K–$60K depending on scope, integrations and number of project tools to tie together. We scope after the operational assessment.
