Home Services · Dispatch & Revenue Operations

Stop bleeding revenue between calls. Run the truck on a connected system.

Call-takers, dispatchers, techs and the office shouldn't be in different apps. We design a connected operations system that captures every booking, dispatches the right tech to the right job, and turns every truck roll into reviewed, paid revenue.

The problem

Sound familiar?

What home services operators fight every day without a connected dispatch and sales spine.

01

Calls go to voicemail at 4:55pm

After-hours and overflow calls vanish, and the customer books with whichever competitor answered first.

02

Dispatchers stare at a whiteboard

Same-day routing depends on who knows which tech is where. New techs get lost; veterans burn out.

03

Techs sell, but it stays in their heads

Add-ons and recommendations happen verbally — no estimate, no follow-up, no upsell pipeline.

04

Reviews don't show up

Happy customers don't think to leave a review unless asked at the right moment. Local search rankings stall.

05

Recurring service / maintenance plans go cold

PM agreements sit in a binder, nobody schedules them, and the recurring revenue you sold quietly churns.

06

You can't see truck profitability

Hours, parts and revenue per tech, per truck, per type of call live in scattered spreadsheets. Coaching is gut feel.

What you get

Built for home services

Sits on ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, Jobber — connects what runs the truck.

Call → booking → dispatch flow

Every call (and after-hours overflow) becomes a booked job. Smart dispatch routes the right tech with the right parts to the right job by drive time and skill.

How we build it

Sequenced for dispatcher adoption.

The dispatch board is the hardest seat in the building. We build for that seat first.

1

Ride along

We sit on the phone, ride in the truck and stand at the dispatch board for a week.

2

Wire the spine

Booking → dispatch → invoice wired around your FSM platform or as a full custom build.

3

Pilot one trade

Launch with one trade or one shift first. Iron out the edge cases.

4

Roll out & coach

Dispatchers, CSRs, techs and the owner all get role-based playbooks and dashboards.

Social proof

Trusted by home services teams

"Same-day capacity used to depend on whoever was answering. With GTS's call → dispatch flow, we booked 32 extra calls per month without adding headcount."

JC

Jen Calloway

Owner, Calloway HVAC

"Techs were great but estimates lived in their heads. With good-better-best on a tablet, average ticket went up 22% in the first quarter."

DH

Devon Holcomb

GM, Pure Pro Plumbing

"Our PM plan revenue was leaking because nobody scheduled them. Now we recovered $96K in annual recurring revenue just by re-engaging old plans."

FAQ

Got questions?

Do you replace ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro?
Usually no — we wrap them. We integrate via API to fix the spots where FSM platforms don't quite fit your business: call-handling flow, reviews, PM scheduling, custom dashboards. For smaller shops we sometimes build a custom FSM from scratch.
Can it handle after-hours and overflow calls?
Yes. We integrate with answering services or build a custom AI-assisted overflow flow that captures the booking, gathers the right info and pushes it to dispatch ready for morning.
Will dispatchers actually use it?
We design the dispatch board around how your dispatchers actually think — by drive time, tech skill, parts availability — not a generic Kanban. We onboard dispatchers personally during pilot.
Does it sync to QuickBooks?
Yes. Invoices, payments, deposits and parts cost sync to QuickBooks Online or Desktop. Bookkeepers keep their flow.
How long to go live?
Most home services rollouts are 5–10 weeks: 1–2 weeks discovery, 3–6 weeks build, 1–2 weeks pilot. Multi-trade or multi-location operations skew longer.
What does it cost?
Home services operations builds typically range $10K–$40K depending on FSM platform, integrations and number of trades. Scoped after the operational assessment.
