Do you replace our EHR?
No. We wrap your EHR (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, athena, Practice Fusion, Kareo, etc.) and integrate via API or HL7. Providers keep documenting where they always have.
Is it HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. We sign BAAs, encrypt PHI in transit and at rest, run on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure (AWS / GCP), and provide audit logging. Access is role-based and SSO-friendly.
Can patients book online without exposing the full schedule?
Yes. Online booking shows only the slots, providers and visit types you allow. Buffers, lunch and emergency holds stay protected.
What about insurance eligibility and benefits?
We integrate with eligibility services (Change Healthcare, Availity, Eligible) so coverage is checked before the appointment, not at the front desk while the patient waits.
How long to go live?
